• Two written character references.
• Two passport sized photographs.
• One photo identity (preferably passport)
• Proof of income, if employed.
• Proof of entitlement to housing benefit, if unemployed (Income support & JSA)
• National Insurance card

Applicants will be required to pay a refundable deposit of £500.00 before signing the tenancy agreement. In addition, tenants are required to pay one month’s rent in advance if employed or one week’s rent if unemployed.
