Loystar provides loyalty technology and a point of sale platform that integrates payment processes with loyalty programs for both in-store and online channels with a goal to deliver experiences that drive repeat sales. Merchants can use Loystar for in-store as well as online via a web plug-in we provide for their e-commerce websites. Merchants are able to use the product everyday to manage sales, customer records, track inventory, track payments and run loyalty marketing campaigns to drive repeat sales.

I wanted to use technology to help businesses become more profitable by maximizing the opportunity in customer retention. " During my masters in England, I liked going shopping once in two weeks, but they had a system that would make you go back more often. They were able to retain me as a customer for a long time. " I wanted to find a way to bring that technology and make it accessible to make smaller businesses.
Product and Services
Loystar provides a digital Point of Sale platform that integrates loyalty programs with invoices, receipts, products, customer records and payments. Merchants can use Loystar via the Mobile App for smartphones and tablets, via a computer and as a plug-in integration for their e-commerce websites. Merchants are able to use the product everyday to manage sales, customer records, track inventory and run loyalty campaigns to drive repeat sales.

POS PAYMENT INNOVATION
To address the issue of payment failure at the point of sale, we introduce an innovative payment method that leverages existing payment channels, especially USSD to facilitate reliable payments at the Point of Sale.

As our product is being used by free users our "Powered by Loystar" badge is subtle way to increase our visibility, capture new leads, and nurture them to close. However, across the African terrain, Loystar provides an option that is NOT hardware dependent unlike other solutions in the market.
