SWOT Analysis
Strengths: We are using all three system of fish farming vats, earthen ponds and cage and pen. Cultivation period is shorter and fishes are raised bio organically.
Weaknesses: We are a thriving entrepreneurial business, but are hampered by much needed capital and high bank lending rates to expand our operations, capacity output, and increased turnover.
Opportunities: There exists a huge demand for fish in Lagos/fish needs deficit in the country. The marine, estuarine, lacustrine and riverine biotopes of Lagos State support varied fishery systems; there are strong artisanal and subsistence fishers in and around the State
Threats: Susceptibility of the fishes to diseases
Reason For Applying_
We want to increase protein production fish farming in a bio organic and healthy manner. We are into cultivation of fish rearing, feed mill and fish processing. In addition, the farm will be involved in the packaging, processing and live distribution of cultivated fish products. We are a thriving entrepreneurial business, but are hampered by much needed capital and high bank lending rates to expand our operations, capacity output, and increased turnover.
